Architectural Designs, Drawing and Floor Plans, Budgeting, Cost Benefit Analysis, Construction Cost Proposal, Engineering, Simple Set Pricing Option Packages, Building Permitting, Construction Scheduling and Time Line, Project Management and Field Supervision, House Construction, Change Order Management, Site Finishing - Punch List, New Home Financing, Value added Interior and Exterior Upgrades, and Sub-Contracting Services.

All site work is priced on a per job basis. Site work includes, but is not limited to the following: excavation, backfill, rough grade, dumpsters, equipment, septic or sewer system, drywells, building supplies, and heating, ventilations, and air conditioning, electrical and plumbing.
